Silent Auction Procedures
The on-line portion of the ALF Silent Auction is now closed. Final bids will be accepted at the ALF Auction & Dinner on Saturday, January 26th. If your on-line bid was the successful bid and you are unable to attend the ALF events on Saturday, we will notify you the week following the Annual Dinner. Thanks again for your support and participation!
Bids for auction items will be accepted in the following ways:
- On-line (please use one or the other on-line methods listed below at a time - Do not switch between them before submitting your bids.) First-time bidders will probably want to use the full Auction Catalog option. Once you become familiarized with the items, and wish to increase a previous bid on an item, you will probably need only to use the Item Index option.

- Phone (503-636-2288) - Leave full name and return phone number in case we need additional info.
- Fax (503-636-2293) - Submit full name and contact info in case we need to contact you for additional info.
Pre-event bids will be accepted until Thursday, January 24th. All items will also be available for final bids on-site at the ALF Silent Auction & Dinner on Saturday, January 26th, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the DoubleTree Hotel at the Lloyd Center, 1000 NE Multnomah in Portland. If you do not attend the event, and have made a successful bid, you will be notified the week following the Annual Dinner.
